I was able to follow the IFixIt instructions and replaced the battery within 10 minutes. My headphones work as normal and the battery lasts multiple days of listening as when the product was new.

The replacement battery worked perfectly and added life to my headphones that had become useless as they would only hold a charge for about 10 min. I would highly recommend this product.

Does not fit into the socket, comes with no instructions, and altho it comes with a great set of tools, the battery does not work and I wasted my money banking on this to fix my problems.

Needed to replace the battery in my Sony WH-1000XM3 noise canceling headphones, so I picked up this compatible LIS1662HNPC battery from EXMUMCMR. The battery itself seems to be good quality and an exact match for the original Sony part number. Came packaged with the tools needed to pry open the headphone casing. The installation process took some patience, carefully prying apart the plastic housing without damaging anything. But the included instructions clearly showed the proper battery replacement steps. With the new battery installed and headphones reassembled, they powered on good as new. Battery life seems on par with when I first got them - I can easily get through a full work day on a single charge now without any cut outs. The only tricky part was reseating the housing seamlessly to avoid any creaks or gaps. It took a few tries to snap everything flush again. But overall, this $18 replacement battery has breathed new life into my premium headphones that were started to crap out. Much more cost effective than buying an entirely new pair. If your Sony noise canceling cans are running low on juice, one of these batteries from a reputable third party is definitely worth considering versus shelling out hundreds more. Solid value for extending the lifespan of your audio investment.

got the instructions on Youtube and swapped out the old with new, done! Comes with all the tools to use to open the headphone, and so far so good, works great! The only question is how good this battery is compared to OEM that came with the original headphone. But, its working now and can always replace the battery as long as the headphone is working.

Plug in Red light comes on. The red light flashes after a hour or 2. Plug out plug in again. The same. It only work for 2 days.
