The product was purchased for my elderly parents, but unfortunately, it arrived defective. The pedal functionality is not working properly, which makes the product unusable for them. Over the past 10 days, I have made multiple attempts to initiate a return. On one occasion, a pickup was scheduled and the delivery person even arrived, but left without collecting the item. Since then, there has been no successful pickup. It has now been over two weeks, and neither has the product been collected nor has any refund been processed. This delay is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I request you to: Arrange an immediate pickup of the defective product, and Initiate a full refund without any further delay Please treat this as urgent. I would appreciate a resolution at the earliest. Order details can be shared again if required.
