This Bedsore pillow is an excellent purchase! It's adjustable and fluffy, yet firm enough for various sleeping positions. I also gifted one to my relative who has sleeping issues and she loved it too! I recommend this pillow also for use behind the back when needing support. Great pillow and well priced.

I need to sleep with my head fairly high, due to sinus troubles, so I love this pillow, which is really three pillows in one! I unzipped it and took out the two thinner ones that are snapped together and put them in one pillowcase, then put the fluffier, bigger pillow into another pillowcase. Now I have a fluffy base pillow with a very soft top pillow near my face that I can adjust (one side is softer than the other) just be turning it over. Best pillow setup I have ever had!

I was looking for a pillow to rest my arm on. I have arthritis in my shoulders, and it helps to have my arm elevated. I don't think this pillow would work very well for a pillow to rest your head on because it is, in my opinion, too thick for that. But it's absolutely perfect for an arm pillow. It was exactly what I needed.

Great quality pillow at a great price! I divided the pillow in two and am only using the center portion of the pillow to sleep on my back because it’s so soft and comfortable! I finally found the pillow that softly supports my neck without giving me headaches. Love it!

Meh! To thick even with insert out. Inserts are cheaply made, can not be cleaned.

I have bought about 40 different pillows trying to find one that I could sleep on comfortably. I love this one because you can tailor it to the thickness or thinness that you want.

Its a very sturdy pillow and it has great structure. But it’s a bit heavy and too tall for a normal neck even when you separate. Even my husband thinks it’s super tall. Love the idea though!
