They're not very sturdy you get what you pay for literally.... they'll do the job but if you have thick hair or very long hair they snap pretty easily where the loops meet the wand

These feel more silicone material and are more flexible. They have not broken like other ones I used and I do use them often. I appreciate that there is 3 of each size so if they do happen to break I have more.
