Will this work in conjunction with the 6280 holster and the paddle adapter?

Sorry, I am using the Blackhawk Cerpa with it. I had to drill a separate hole as the mount points were off by 1/8th of an inch or so. It's supposed to fit any Safariland holster so I would think so. You can contact Safariland and double check with them (go with a free phone call before spending $$$). Either email them (http://www.safariland.com/Contact-Us.aspx) or call (800) 347-1200. I spoke with them before about some mag pouches and they were friendly and helpful. As I said I had to modify mine a little but I love having. I shoot 3gun matches and run it on a leg mount. It's convenient when I'm not shooting pistol and want to ditch my holster. I'm thinking of getting another receiver portion to screw into a table so I can mount my pistol underneath without buying another holster. Anyways, hope this helps.

Will this work with my Blackhawk Level 2 Serpa duty holster?

I don’t think so,unless you modify it to do so because safariland and Blackhawk both have their own proprietary quick locking systems

Does the screw hardware come with the QLS kit, to mount it to the belt clip and the holster?

Mine did not come with screws to mount the fork to the holster
