You would think buying panties would be the easiest thing but it didnt turn out that way. My 22 month old daughter in on the smaller side waist wise and I went to the local stores to look for underwear. I bought her some Minie Mouse underwear which were $10.00 for a pack of 7 but they were the only ones with a 19 inch waist. So I bought them as a guide and sure enough they fit her just right with some room to grow but not to much that it would look bulky under her pants. So I then looked on Amazon to see if I could find something the same size and I found these. I love them and she loves seeing the Frozen design and loves wearing them. The best part is the price they were cheaper than what they would be at the store.

So, I am a sworn devotee of the banded training pants for a really good fit on my daughter's teeny tiny bum and waist, but she really wanted this pack, so I ordered them. I generally find that the more bikini/"panties" styles are too loose on her and will slide around and ride up into terrible wedgies, but these seem to perform better than others we've tried. For my fit preference, the crotch is a bit narrow, but it does have a good full-coverage bum, and runs true to size. For reference, my daughter wears 4T in clothes, is somewhat on the taller side and very slim in the waist/hips, bum, and thighs. She wears the 2T in these. She loves the prints and really enjoys picking out a pair, which is great motivation. They have held up well to washing, drying, and wearing - have not shrunk or stretched out, no pulling threads in the banding, etc. Definitely worth the price, and a nice variety in the prints with the different characters. I prefer a softer banded elastic at the waist and legs, but these seem perfectly comfortable to her and don't leave any red marks or anything.

Bought this for my granddaughter, and she absolutely loves them and begs to wear different ones every day.

We are using these for potty training. They seem okay so far. My daughter is 2 and weighs 23 pounds. She is tiny and the 2T/3T size fit perfectly. So I’d say they run very small so order a size up.
