Good quality MCT oil. While I flipflop between diets and other health choices, this helped me achieve certain goals while Intermittent Fasting. Very easy to use for my black coffee in the morning where I would add 15ml (1 tablespoon) of this MCT oil. There isn't any odd taste or smell and doesn't upset my stomach which I hear happens with some other products/brands. Starting off with 5ml (1 teaspoon) then increasing your dosage may help to find if you are sensitive to this product. Keeps my hunger at bay for some time before my actual eating window starts. I just received this MCT oil and tired it with my coffee, the taste is so bad that I had to throw the coffee. If there is worse than one star, I would have chose it. Even the smell is not nice. I have used few MCT oil brands; but nothing tates as bad as this one. I regret ordering this brand and not reordering the usual brand that I usually use. NOT recommended at all.

Pls Never buy this product. Yesterday I received it. I tried this morning. It smells like Burnt Plastic & rotten coconut. Unable to consume it. Zero Quality for such a high amount. Total Waste of Money. I contacted customer care many times, but they are not Responding. Now I have to throw it away. Very Disappointed.
