Steal Deal
Got it for 159 .. this is my second one on last 6- 7 years. Placed at a common charging place at home. Everyone plugs in . All good. Data Transfer i have tried twice to backup pics - Not super fast not super slow . I would say average . Say 6 GB in 14 - 16 minutes.

Don’t buy!
Initially it worked fine but after 6-7 days it stopped charging either the iPhone or the AirPods. Connecting it to my Mac and iPhone for data transfer, the Mac doesn’t recognize my iPhone through this cable. Useless. Waste of money.
