Anker Soundcore P40i,Adaptive Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds (Oat White)

Having had about a dozen wired and wireless earphones in my life, I can honestly say, these are the best I've had so far. Key points: - really comfy in my ear with different earbuds to change the size of I needed. - long lasting battery, both in the pod and earphones. - the control you get from within the app allows for some great versatility when it comes to what you are listening to, or watching. - Connectivity wise, really easy to connect via Bluetooth and a good distance, I've been able to walk around the house and not notice any drop off with my phone being at the other side of the house. - Although limited in choice, the colours are really good, and look worth more than most expensive sets I've looked at. Overall: Highly recommend for the price, great features and comfort.

If you want a set of earbuds with big bucks quality and big bucks bass but don't want to pay the big bucks then you will not go wrong with these set of earbuds from soundcore. The Soundcore p40i's come with noise cancelling as you would expect and the achieve this really really well. I had these in fast cycling on a cycle lane on a busy road and there was loads of traffic and I could not hear any of the traffic. Now for the astute amongst you, you're probably say not safe riding with noise cancelling but I was on a cycle path. if I wanted/need to be able to still hear around me it also has an ambience setting which means that you can hear what still going on around you and still enjoy the bass and and the the music that you're listening to admittedly not as clear as sharp because you've got background noise seeping in and creating that dirty sound. So what's good about them? Like I said before the sound quality is exceptional on these especially for the price. I listen to various genres from listening to classical music bolero right down to heavy deep house and garage music and everything was crystal clear that I was listening to. Whilst dealing with phone calls as well,especially, on the move I could hear the person on the other end crystal clear and they didn't even realize I was on earbuds when I asked them to give me feedback and tell me if the sound quality was good they were like yeah you're on your phone right and I was like no I'm on the earbuds. The person on the other end of the phone was very impressed. The build quality on these are way better than the P3's that I have uploaded from and the charging case has a really nice sort of rubbery feel to it. The case can also double up as a kickstand for your mobile phone. The earbuds as you would expect to be are ultra light this might actually be a little bit of a negative because they're that light you might not realize they've popped out of your ears until you've stopped hearing the sound. Connecting these to my phone via Bluetooth was an absolute breeze and I've tested the distance between my phone being sat indoors and me walking out in the garden and they do cover a large distance but remember that its going to be different for everyone's phone because of the way Bluetooth is on each person's phone. So if you're looking for quality and great sound without having to speak to your bank manager then I cannot recommend these highly enough, buy them you won't regret it.

I've been used to Samsung Buds over past few years (and being very happy with them), but having lost them and not wanting to pay hundreds to potentially lose another pair plumped for a set of these p40i's. Straight off I'll say the ear tips that come with these as standard, for me, were terrible. Couldn't get them to seal properly and was constantly adjusting. I much prefer foam tips so went to order some, thinking nothing of it, but it turns out finding foam tips for these is a nightmare because of the odd oval shaped speaker shape. I did eventually manage to get a set of foam tips on with much faff and stretching, and have some actual specific ones on the way from China but felt it right to share my experiences so far. Once the foam tips were fitting it totally transformed the audio on these and I am very happy with them. Pros - incredible audio with really detailed soundstage and plenty of bass of needed (once fitted with some foam tips), plenty of room in the case for different types of tips, easy to remove the headphones from the case, I love the customisation of the touch controls that can vary from left to right so loads of on the go control, very comfortable and don't fall out at the gym, great battery life, price Vs bigger names, there is a live language translation function in the app that I haven't tried on the field yet but feel it could be a winner on my next holiday! Cons - terrible standard ear tips. Overall, despite my initial teething these are well worth the money and would definitely buy again.

My favourite earbuds. It is comfortable. Not heavy. Transparency and noise cancelling works good. Volume is good i love my music as loud as possible. Connects fast to my iphone. Never had any problem. cutest colour ever.

The Soundcore Anker P40 arrived on time and was well packaged. They looked great when I unpacked them and were almost fully charged, which was a nice bonus. Setting them up was very easy using the Soundcore Android app, and I was up and running in just a few minutes. The sound quality is very good, with clear audio and plenty of volume for my needs. Overall, I’m very pleased with the P40s and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good pair of wireless earbuds at a reasonable price.

My journey with Anker /Soundcore began in the depths of lockdown when I wanted a pair of earphones for walking when we all had that had extra spare time on our hands. I started with the Soundcore Slim which I still use occasionally as a back up pair, but these are quite basic with no EQ and can end up sounding quite metallic. I then progressed to the Life P2mini (great sound on these earbuds for the price point), which have been my everyday earbuds for the past five years, until I unexpectedly lost the charging case after it fell out of my pocket. So this led (or more forced me) to me purchasing a new set and I thought I would up my game and spend a bit more and decided to go for the p40i. Similar in style to the P2 mini but the sound quality is night and day - and I mean in a good way. They handle all genres with ease and have a massive sound stage and have a powerful bottom end. All instruments breeze through with clarity and benefit from the sound EQ tweaking you can perform through the soundcore app. If anything I would say they are a little on the bright side but I’m hoping that this will even out over time with continued use. The ANC seems to work well in loud traffic situations. Be interesting to see how the battery life performs but I have never had any issues with the batteries in soundcore products. I actually own the soundcore Q30 full size headphones are I would say that these are on par in terms sound quality which is staggering as the Q30 are full size headphones. The only downside is that on the charging case there is nowhere to attach a lanyard or clip which based on my previous experience would be a benefit so i can prevent losing them even more. The “phone stand” on the charging is a nice touch but not something I will use often. Keep up the good work anker, I find hard to believe that you consistently deliver HQ products yet never seem to feature in hi-fi lists amongst the big names such as Sony, sennheiser and Bose.

Works really good, the sound quality and connectivity are very impressive. It’s basically the best buds I have used. Very comfortable on the ears and the battery is durable.

Best thing about these is the battery life. The fit is fine but noise cancelling just ok. They’re pretty poor when travelling on a bus as every time you go over a bump the sound sort of glitches like interference so not a smooth experience at all.

Excellent earbuds, very high quality sound and noise cancelling for a really good price. Coming from apple airpod pros to these and i don't regret the move one bit, had a lot of trouble with the junk airpod pros.

ANC feature is worst as if it does not exist.

I’m really happy with the Soundcore P40i. Pairing was quick and painless, and once it’s set up it connects to my phone immediately. Take it out of the case and it just works, no waiting, no fiddling. Sound quality is excellent for the size, clear and punchy, and more than good enough for music, podcasts, and calls. I also really like the magnetic snap when putting the earbuds back in the case, it feels solid and well-designed. They sit comfortably in my ears, even for longer listening sessions, and the included different ear tip sizes are a nice touch and make it easy to get a good fit. The touch controls are simple and responsive, skipping tracks works reliably without having to tap ten times. The only small downside is that it doesn’t support multi-device connectivity, so switching between devices isn’t seamless. That said, it’s a minor nitpick compared to how well everything else works. Overall, great value, reliable, comfortable, and very easy to use. Would definitely recommend.
