Gentle Yet Powerful – Very Happy with This Purchase
This is my first electric toothbrush, and I’m genuinely impressed! It came with both a regular and a sensitive brush head, so I tried both. After testing them, I found the sensitive brush head works perfectly for me—very gentle yet effective. The regular one is also good, but the sensitive option feels just right. Overall, a great product and definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Very tough
These are more hard and tough than the normal, and it’s different quality, than the one i have, which i use again, cuz this is super hard even after i waited for while maybe will loose in, but it didn’t.

Not as described. Not soft at all.

Perfect for sensitive gums
Much better than the classic ones. My gums are quite sensitive, and this made a real difference. I only wished they were a tad cheaper and in more diverse versions (more levels of softness/hardness)

Finally, a brush head that doesn't make my gums scream!
Let me start by saying this: if you have sensitive gums or teeth, and you've tried all kinds of electric toothbrush heads that claim to be gentle but still feel like they’re scraping off your enamel — look no further. I’ve been using the Oral-B Pro Sensitive Clean Electric Toothbrush Heads for a little over six months now (this is my second 4-pack purchase), and the difference they've made in my oral hygiene routine is nothing short of remarkable.🧼 Cleaning Power Without the PainFirst things first — YES, these are soft, and YES, they actually clean! I was skeptical because I always assumed that “extra soft” meant “extra useless.” I used to believe that unless my toothbrush felt like a steel wire brush, it wasn’t doing its job. That was before my dentist told me that my overly aggressive brushing was making my gums recede. These heads feature X-shaped bristles (kind of a cross design) that somehow manage to be extremely gentle yet effective at removing plaque. You can see the results after just a few days of consistent use — cleaner-looking teeth, healthier-looking gums, and noticeably less sensitivity during and after brushing.🪥 Gentle Yet Thorough — Perfect for Sensitive GumsI have mild gum recession and used to get that sharp zing of discomfort every time I brushed near my lower molars. With these brush heads, that’s gone. They're super soft, almost like a soft facial brush, but designed perfectly for dental care. I no longer dread brushing my teeth — I actually enjoy it now.If you've experienced bleeding gums, soreness, or sensitivity after using standard Oral-B heads like CrossAction or Precision Clean, you will immediately notice the difference with the Sensitive Clean heads.🧑⚕️ Recommended by My Dentist (And My Gums Agree!)At my last dental cleaning, the hygienist actually complimented me on how healthy my gums looked. That has NEVER happened before. When I told her I switched to the Sensitive Clean heads, she nodded and said, “Ah, that explains it.” Apparently, the ultra-thin bristle tips are specially designed to be gentle around the gumline and can help reduce inflammation and gingivitis when used regularly.🔁 Long-Lasting and Easy to ReplaceEach head lasts me about 2.5 to 3 months (brushing twice a day). The indicator bristles fade halfway, letting you know it’s time to swap. I appreciate this visual cue — it’s easy to overlook replacing the head if there’s no obvious sign.Swapping the heads is easy — they click securely into place on my Oral-B Pro 3 handle (also fits the Vitality and SmartSeries models in my house). Just a push and twist, and you're good to go. They stay firmly in place and never wiggle off, even with vigorous brushing.🧳 Travel-Friendly and HygienicWhen I travel, I take a spare head with me and cover the bristle part with a small cap (these don’t come with caps, just so you know). I’ve never had issues with them fraying or getting gross during trips, and they dry relatively quickly too.💰 A Bit Pricey — But Worth ItI’ll admit, the price was the only thing that made me hesitate initially. Around £13 for 4 heads (roughly £3.25 each) isn’t cheap. But when you consider:How long they lastHow much more comfortable they areThe potential long-term savings on dental treatments due to improved gum care…it actually starts to feel like a smart investment. I’d rather spend a few extra pounds now than hundreds on gum surgery later. You can sometimes find these on deal (I got mine during a lightning sale — 15% off), so I recommend stocking up when they go on promotion.🔄 Comparison With Other Oral-B HeadsI’ve used a variety of Oral-B brush heads over the years, including:CrossAction – Too stiff for my gums, caused bleeding.3D White – Great for polishing, but again, too abrasive.FlossAction – Feels more thorough, but too much pressure needed for sensitive areas.Sensitive Clean – Goldilocks zone. Just right. If you’re like me — someone who values effective plaque removal but can’t tolerate harsh bristles — the Sensitive Clean head is your best bet.🔍 Some Things to NoteNot compatible with Pulsonic or iO series — If you have those, this head won’t fit. It’s made for traditional round-head Oral-B handles (which are still the most common). No colour rings included — Some families use colour rings to tell whose brush head is whose. These don’t come with them, so you might need to recycle old rings or find another solution if you're sharing a base.No travel cap — I wish Oral-B would include a simple bristle cap in each pack, especially since this is marketed for sensitive users. Not a deal-breaker but a small thing to note.✅ Final Verdict: A Must-Have for Sensitive Teeth and GumsIf you've been dealing with sore gums, receding gumlines, or just hate how rough electric brushes feel on your teeth, give these a try. They're the softest brush heads I've ever used that still do the job. I genuinely believe these are the best Oral-B brush heads for anyone with sensitive mouths, and I won't be switching back.Highly, highly recommend.Would give 6 stars if I could.
