Deeply Hydrating and Actually Lasts (Great for Lips and Cuticles)
Iโve tried a lot of lip balms, and this one definitely stands out. The texture is thicker than a typical chapstick, but in a good way, it actually stays on your lips instead of disappearing after five minutes. The Coconutter scent is subtle and cozy (not overpowering), and it leaves my lips feeling genuinely soft and hydrated, especially overnight. I wake up without that dry, cracked feeling, which is rare for me. I also love that itโs multipurpose. Iโve used it on cuticles and dry spots on my hands, and it works just as well there. A tiny amount goes a long way, so even though the tube is small, it lasts. If you deal with dry lips or winter skin and want something richer than regular lip balm, this is absolutely worth it. It feels like a mini luxury treatment you can keep in your purse. Would definitely repurchase.

The absolute best lip balm!! Cracked lips? Get this
This sorted out my cracked lips overnight. I highly recommend it. I included the Yuka app rating if this is important to you. It doesnโt have a strong scent and it has no taste whatsoever. I used to love aquaphor lip balm and it was the only one I used (itโs also rated excellent on Yuka) but this lip balm is a step above it and will keep your lips hydrated literally all day or night. Itโs also great to prep my lips before lipliner and lipstick. The best thing is that you only need a tiny bit so the tube will last ages!

My new go-to lip balm!
I just used this for the first time and immediately had to come leave a review. I have been on the hunt for the perfect lip balm for a hot minute now, and I believe Iโve FINALLY found it. I know I canโt be the only one looking so Iโm reporting back! I have sensory issues and am extremely picky about my lip balm. It canโt be too greasy/sticky/thick/thin/etc. I live in a high elevation, dry climate so finding something that doesnโt bother me sensorially while staying on + hydrating my lips has been a challenge to say the least. While I canโt speak to the long-term hydration effects as Iโve just started using it, hereโs what I can tell you: - It goes on a little thick but smoothly. You can easily control how much you apply so the thickness isnโt an issue for me. - It doesnโt burn or irritate my lips. I know, baseline requirement. But worth noting! - Iโve had it on for about 30mins now and have sipped from my tea a few times. It still feels like I just put it on. Thereโs definitely a lip-print on my mug, but itโs not coming off entirely on the mug or melting off from the hot tea. - The strawberry scent is very light and natural. Itโs not cloyingly sweet or synthetic smelling. Thereโs no real strawberry flavor (yeah I checked for you guys lol) which I actually prefer. - The packaging is super cute and Iโm genuinely excited to have this in my purse. Itโs girly without being childish! - The amount you get for the price is good in my opinion. Iโve ordered lip balms in the past and been floored at how tiny they are (or half filled) for the price. This one is a good size and with how little I had to use for one application, I think it will last awhile. Iโm so happy I snagged this on sale and will definitely be trying some of the other scents. I highly recommend trying this if youโve been looking for a good, reliable, natural lip balm!

Really thick and healing lip balm
Nice and thick lip balm which has a lovely strong scent/flavor. The strawberry shortcake flavor smells exactly like strawberry ice cream. A lot of other brands on the market right now put the preservative BHT in their lip balms, and I wanted to find a more natural lip balm that wasn't just an occlusive sheabutter or beeswax formula. This lip balm is pretty much only lanolin ans fragrance, which is amazing. It feels like a hydrating vaseline but thicker and less greasy. It has a subtle shine when applied, but its not necessarily "glossy" in my opinion. Lanolin is very hydrating, which is great for healing skin. It's not as occlusive though as vaseline. I use this and then apply vaseline over it so lanolin provides the hydration and petroleum locks it in.

Love using!
I love the peach scent! I think it's hydrating on the lips and that I can use it on other areas of my skin. I hope this scent can continue being in stock because it's my favorite. I would repurchase this lip balm in the future.

I'm Loving Lanolips!
In short, I think this is a fairly good product worth, at the very least, a try! I want to start this off with a precaution to those that might otherwise not make the connection: do NOT use this product if you're allergic to wool, as this is a wool derivative item and can cause irritation and reaction to those allergic to wool. That aside, here is my opinion of the overall product, as someone with sensitive skin and dry lips, if you're looking for a more in-depth analysis of my experience: This product feels like a salve, similar to Aquaphor or other types of petroleum-based skin products that serve as a barrier to keep in moisture that is already on the lips in. I find that, mixed with the heat of the skin, even adding a bit too much of Aquaphor means it melts all over my mouth area a bit too easily, and I suffer through having a greasy, unmanageable moment with similar petroleum products all too often to seek out these salve-like lip balms. This, not being a petroleum based product, intrigued me. Lanolips, however, can be felt immediately melting upon your lips as you're applicating it, and helps to prevent you from adding too much because it's obvious almost immediately how it will spread over your lips. The application tip has a wide opening that allows for decent sized dollop to surface. A little will go a long way with this product, so you only need to push the smallest amount out to cover your lips well. In the images I've listed below, I try to show off the shine it leaves upon the lips -- it is quite slick and very moisturizing. Once melted (and it melts pretty quickly), it turns into a sort of lip gloss/lip oil mixture that I find quite pleasant and way more manageable than regular glosses and lip oils. When trying to see how long it could go without reapplication, I found that you can easily go at least 4 hours without reapplication, and this was also while I was chronically rubbing it between my lips the entire 4 hours I was testing it (it's just something I do when I get new products, don't ask me why), and I also found that my lips were left very soft and supple after the glossiness wore off. All of this was after my very first use. I was also drinking water with a straw while I was testing this out, and it is most likely the reason it only lasted 4 hours. I, then, applied it before bed with a guaranteed 8 hours of sleep planned, and woke up with the balm still fairly glossy on my lips when I woke up the next morning. To play it safe, I got the mint scented option, which I always find to be the best sort of "control" scent if they don't offer an unscented or more neutral type of scent. While there was a slight tingle with the mint, there was no plumping effect (if you're at all curious about the strength of the mint, it's very mellow/subtle, thus the comment made about mint =/= plumping effect, in case anyone was wondering; there is nowhere, as far as I know, that states that the mint scent is intended for plumping of any kind, but they sometimes go hand-in-hand depending on the strength and/or if actual mint oil is used). It's a lot more subtle than other popular lip balms like the peppermint oil original Burt's Bees lip balm, to give you a familiar basis. I'd say it's about half as "potent" as the Burt's Bees, which is why I usually use. Do I think this is a good product? I should say, very much so! I would even be willing to continue purchasing other scents to see which one I like the most -- I'm very interested in the Raspberry Shortcake scent. I don't think it's something I'll purchase every time when I need a lip balm because, though it's pretty good, it will typically fall out of what I'd usually budget for a tube of lip balm when a tub of shea butter or cheaper, closely effective, lip balms are, well, much cheaper. However, if the price is something that scares you off from trying it, I'd say a close second that sort of mimics this glossy and moisturizing effect is Burt's Bees Ultra Conditioning Moisturizing Lip Balm gives a very similar effect while being almost a third of the price. Definitely worth a try if you're into a very hydrating, skin-improving lip ointment that shares a glossy appearance similar to a lip oil or lip gloss. I hope this helps you decide! I've had nothing but luck with this lip balm so far.

Good product but overpriced & it collects on my front teeth.
TLDR; Overpriced but I still really enjoy this product and itโs better than the majority of chapsticks Iโve tried. Instantly softens lips and itโs shiny so it gives a lipgloss effect. The only product I like as much as this one & can compare this to was the (discontinued) Badgers Tin Lip Butter that had similar consistency, quality, and shine. I realized this product tends to collect on my top front teeth even if I'm not talking for the whole day (it collects as that "white stuff" you get on your lips from some lip gloss and such). This might just be a problem because of my anatomy and it may not happen to you. โโโ Lanolin seems to work well for me and this is really good for peeling lips. Instantly softens my lips and Itโs also shiny so it doubles as lipgloss for me; it has the same consistency as an overnight lip balm, but itโs not thick and gloopy like a traditional lipgloss. One application usually lasts a couple hours. I tend to avoid scented products but this oneโs okay for me; the coconutter smell is pleasant and isnโt overpowering, and the smell goes away within 10 minutes anyways. For the amount you get though, $13 is expensive. Itโs no more than 3/4ths full (almost only half-full), and the tube only lasts me about a month and a half of consistent use so this would cost a lot annually. I also realized this product tends to collect on my top front teeth even if I'm not talking to anyone for the whole day (it collects as that "white stuff" you get on your lips from some lip gloss and such). This might just be a problem because of my anatomy and it may not happen to you.

Love it!
Love the smell, feels nice and it does not dry your lips out more like some do so you have to keep using it.
