I was a little skeptical about a refurb. Being a novice I have no idea how "new" the parts used to rebuild the Computer are? However, cannot dwell on the unknown so.....it was a very easy plug in and set right up! No issues, no tinkering with anything just plugged it in, it connected to my network automatically, and I was of and running! I was surprised and pleased. There were numbers available to the Seller for Tech Support if I had needed it. Nice job to the Sellers on building a nice machine! This new unit is compact and is lightning fast versus my old 5+ year Desktops.

My Optiplex 3060 arrived on time. It was not running correctly and crashed more than once. I spoke to Blair customer service (US based, not foreign), and they helped me find the problem, and mailed me a replacement memory stick. My computer is working fine now and I am happy with my purchase.

Ordered this (16GB RAM and 500GB SSD) for my wife's new desktop (to replace an aging laptop). I've set it up, and it works great. I didn't notice when I ordered it, but it includes wireless networking (WiFi)--not all desktops do, since you'll often be plugging them in to the network with an Ethernet cable. But there is no Ethernet outlet in my wife's room, so this is perfect. Also has both HDMI and DisplayPort ports. And it comes with Windows 11 Pro (not Home), so you can turn off CoPilot if (like me) you don't want that on your computer. My only (minor) complaint is that while it has eight USB-A ports (4 USB 2.0 and 4 USB 3.0), there are no USB-C ports. That might matter if you have a mouse or keyboard with a USB-C cord, but you can get an adapter. Recommended.

I bought it for a friend and was kind of disappointed as to its performance

This was a renewed tower. The computer arrived in near new condition. It appeared to be clean inside and out. I did a system check, and it was equipped as described. It boots up fast and runs thing very quickly. The included keyboard had a key that didn't work properly so I emailed the seller for assistance. They responded overnight and I had a replacement keyboard the next day. Terrific customer assistance. So far so good

Horrible PC….i had to buy another WiFi adapter, the one that came with the PC was not working, losing connections every 2 minutes. The PC is extremely slow. I’m done trying to troubleshoot every problem. The monitors acting up, acting statically when I tried a slideshow on the desktop….This is the 1st time purchasing a rebuilt…..NOT WORTH it…

I got the order through TecnoCanada here on Amazon for this Dell OptiPlex 3060 because I was putting together a computer for my godkids. This computer was as described. Came loaded with Windows 11 and it's plenty fast and reliable for what they will use it for. Really happy with this purchase!

Fil d’alimentation, clavier et souris inclus.

l'ordi est endommagé. Il y a une ouverture dans la bas de 1/2 cm. IL manque des pieces comme le bloc de connexion. IL manque le fil de connexion. Les entrées USB ne sont pas suffisantes je ne peux pas brancher une imprimante ni autre chose. Je veux retourner l'article. Je suis insatisfaite de ce produit qui ne le serait pas ? UN accord pour le retour et un remboursementsvp. merci

elle est arrivée en bon état le seul hic il était en Anglais mais a force de chercher sur le web j’ai réussis a le mettre en francais
