All items are high quality, many settings allow good training for grip, the adjuster on the forearm grip counter works effectively. However some gadgets were a bit trickier for using.

The hand grief is fine, finger strengthening products don’t work as well. Small springs get stuck

I purchased this kit to exercise my hands because I am getting older and my handwriting is starting to decline. These exercisers are well built and sturdy. The kit includes five different tools that exercise the muscles of the hand in different ways. All work very well. Two of the exercisers (the “hand stretch” and the “hand squeeze” tools) are adjustable. The hand squeeze exerciser also has a built in counter. There is a finger exerciser with separate springs for each finger, and there is a silicone ring and an egg shaped squeezy ball, like a stress ball. They all come in a small bag that also includes a printed guide with example exercises. Once I got used to them, I put the tools in different spots for regular use: the hand stretcher and hand squeezer by my sitting chair, the finger-squeezer and ring at my office desk, and the stress egg at my home desk. Already they have made a big difference in my hand and finger strength. I am very happy with the purchase and they have already helped my handwriting to improve again!
