I have tried a lot of fish oils for my kids and this is our favorite so far. It has a mild flavor so it’s easier for me to hide it in smoothies and other drinks. (I have yet to get them to drink it straight 😳). It’s also not very thick, which I have found can be tricky to find with liquid fish oils. Overall I really like this product
