I’ve used these dried curry leaves regularly in my South Indian cooking, and they’ve been a pleasant surprise. Finding good-quality dried curry leaves in the U.S. can be hit or miss, but this product delivers on freshness and flavor. The leaves are whole, not crushed into bits, and they have a natural green color, not that dull brown you often get with poor-quality versions. When added to hot oil for tempering, they release a clean, aromatic scent that brings out the authentic flavor in south indian dishes. While nothing can truly replace fresh curry leaves, these come impressively close. They’ve become my go-to when fresh leaves aren’t available, and I always keep a pack stocked in my pantry now. These are an excellent product. Nice scent and good flavor. Really work in curry recipes. If you don’t live near an Indian grocery for fresh leaves, this is the next best thing. Highly recommend.
