Feet Swelling is gone!!
Yes the swelling in feet are gone.....I had gout and those symptoms are gone too, within 2 weeks and my feet use to get swollen every 4-5 days, but Amla is a wonderful Ayurvedic Medicine....Really I mean it.... Nothing worked, the pain that use to be there in the feet is also gone....My feet use to feel numb all the time, that is also almost gone in 1.5 months.....Amla circulates blood in our body....so the numbness is also gone.... If possible, buy Alma Juice, try online and buy from there....which ever sell you cheap!! I was always stressed whenever the swelling happens and was mentally use to get down, thinking when will this be cured!! But yes, since 2 months, I started taking Amla tabs and Juice, I have no swelling in my leg atall!! I am writing this because I know there are many who are suffering from Gout and swelling and pain. Amla is a wonderful Liver m Gallbladder and Kidney detox. Nothing works better then Alma, because it is very Rich in Vitamin C. One Amla fruit which carries Vit C is 1000 times more then orange or Lemon....It is the best anti inflammatory herb or natural medicine..... Just believe me, and try it.....Try to be more Vege , smoke less and less alcohol intake...

Miracle food or snake oil.?
Miracle food or snake oil? I really can't tell any difference after two weeks but I don't think it's hurting me. I'll continue taking it and make a determination later.
