I love this milk because it has less sugar and quite a bit more protein than regular milk making it a great all around healthy drink which is much better than those high sugar meal replacement drinks you can buy. And it's one of the few shelf stable ones that actually taste good, doesn't have that burnt taste. It's best by date is usually 6 months from when you get it but it lasts a lot longer than that at room temperature. But my oh my is it expensive. For day to day use I buy the 59 Oz cartons of this brand from the grocery store; but these, while lasting a lot longer than regular milk (about 45 days), do need to be refrigerated. These small bottles don't to be refrigerated and are very convenient. I say they are expensive but that's when you compare them to the larger cartons of high protein ultra filtered milk you can buy at the grocery store. But if you compare them to meal replacement drinks like Soylent they are actually comparably priced and healthwise a much better meal replacement because they have less carbohydrate and higher quality protein.

Excellent, very good source of protein! They taste great and if you were in the US military, you will definitely recognize the taste. Great value, no refrigeration needed, great for campers, hikers, or hunters.

Oh so good and healthy. I am trying to increase my protein consumption. This shelf stable high protein milk is the answer. I add Darigold to my coffee, make puddings with it and use it to make smoothies and home made ice cream. It is delicious and so good cold with my favorite cookie. Taste like milk No after taste.. I love how portable this shelf stable milk is. I put a bottle in my purse when I leave home on a busy day. It quenches my thirst, gives me energy and helps me to avoid the snack stops at fast food restaurants. This milk is a staple in my house. It definitely is a mainstay in my diet. Great for cooking and drinking. And so good for for my health. I am 84 years young and lead a busy life which Darigold high protein milk helps me to fuel my energy to keep me active.

I love this product. The taste was great. I like the amount in the bottle it could be handled by children is good for two or more. Servants of cereal is great for chocolate milk. I love shelf milk anyway because of the durability you don’t have to worry about it going bad, especially the size of this milk.

Great for those of us who don't have access to a refrigerator or are making their bug out bags . We are currently staying in a buddies barn loft and while we can make camp coffee we missed our lactose free milk. These are delicious in coffee, instant oatmeal, in MREs that require milk, soup, etc. They are a great way to make sure we get our daily amounts of protein as well. And unlike traditional shelf stable milk, this one comes in a small bottle with a screw top lid. So convenient when we don't finish a bottle and can throw it on the cooler or thermos for later. I'm here to order more if that says anything, they're worth the price to us because we are lactose intolerant and don't use that much regular milk. The previous order lasted over a month, and that's pretty impressive for daily coffee drinkers!!

I bought the high protein plain milk because it was priced ever so slightly less than their 2% 15g protein milk, which tastes amazing. When I tell I was shocked how different it tasted than the 15g one, that's a huge understatement. It tasted more like skim. You know how skim takes like water they just added chalk to? That was the taste. I don't know if I just got a bad batch or a batch that was skim that was put in the wrong bottle. I wont be buying it again. Just gonna use it when I eat cereal to finish it off n not lose my money. This stuff is quite expensive since it is ultra filtered and shelf stable.
