Will this fit a 1996 ford f250 4 door crew cab will this fit the passenger's side rear door ?

I have no idea, it did fit my 1994 Ford F-150 on the passenger side. They should be able to tell you on there ordering site.

i cant figure out out to use this on teh left door. how do you make this work on left door?

Make sure you have the left side motor mounting by the mounting holes exactly as your oem motor. It will fit perfectly is it is the correct side. I got both motors for my car and the left side was marked as RT in the mount plate, So, I just switched them out and they worked great.. They only fit in one way, you may have the wrong side, just replace them both because the other side will fail shortly.

Fitment issue

One fastener hole didn’t line up on each door motor. Was still able to force it together although it isn’t a perfect fit. Otherwise very happy with the performance!

Fit and worked perfectly.

Exactly as the factory motor. It came with new screws and fit perfectly. It came with several wire harnesses to accommodate different applications. I always have success with Dorman products.

No fue nada complicado la instalacion solo el mismo comentario de que no empata 100% en los 3 orificios solo quedan 2 pero se sotiene muy bien y en cuanto al funcionamiento no he tenido ningun problema. el equipo funciona muy bien.
