how many pills are in it?

60 pills. These are the best fish oil capsules I've tried. I chew them; and they have ZERO fishy taste (touch of lemon flavor). Better assimilated if you chew them; savoring the oil in your mouth. My grandchildren even love to chew them.

We can read where it says "Suggested use. Take a total of two softgels." What does it say after that?

Take 2 softgels daily with food, or more, to a maximum 4 softgels daily. Children can take 1 softgel daily per 40 pounds body weight.

How big are the capsules?

I don't know the exact measurements but they are the same size as other fish oil pills.

Is this gluten free? and what about gmo's, i see that there's soy in it.

I am not sure, because I have changed to omega 3 krill oil which is Omega Red 500 mg. It is mucheasier to swallow. I would not want to take anything with soy or gmo's.
