Wish it was brighter

Pros: lightweight, bright and all the hardware you would need comes included and the remote is basic but functional. The 600 watt claim seems high it is bright but 600 watts? I have a 100-watt direct-powered(hardwired) LED light that shines a lot brighter so please take the rating of these lights with a grain of salt.Overall the light is good and serves me a purpose as a backup light to the corner of my backyard where I do not have a power run so this will do, I'd also recommend mounting it high up if possible and making sure the panel is facing the sun when possible for as long as possible.Cons: The body of the light is plastic, doesn't feel premium and the post it ships with is short so this may not work for all applications take that into account with looking at possible mounting points.

The light is very bright for it relatively smaller and lightweight design !I had to take off a star for the motion detect, though maybe 1/2 star might be more appropriate because it depends on if you want it to respond to smaller movements or only larger movements so as to avoid unnecessary turning on of the light. Let me explain how I tested it, first I stood completely still and only waved my hands around, most of the time (except once) it did not trigger the motion detect, but when I moved my whole body from side to side it more easily triggered the motion detect, not trying to be harsh in my review, just trying to be more thorough.Having the remote is a nice feature of being able to control the light from ground level.The smaller more lightweight design is great for areas where you need a bright light but prefer to not have a more heavy bulky light.

I wasn’t sure how well the batteries would last since it stays on a very dim light level between motion-triggered events. Seems to be quite fine. Just be sure to install it in a location with a lot of direct sunlight. The motion sensor is pretty sensitive and picks up cars driving by the street next to my house. This keeps it on longer than I would like throughout the night, but then again it is just doing its job. Setup is easy and there is a remote control to go through the various light settings. The little pole that slides into the light for mounting is pretty short and it did not come with pole mounting hardware. I just screwed it onto the side of my house. Can’t complain about anything, it is a great way to get some extra light where you don’t have access to a power plug.

The media could not be loaded.  I like it. Haven't had a problem with the battery yet. Love the remote function. It lights up the whole left side of my yard. I know my porch light is on but with just the porch light you can't even see the grass. I hope the battery last. So easy to install. Coming home at night I can see anything walking up my walkway. Before it was pitch black. I like it. The higher the install the better. It's bright enough to take it high and light up everything.
