It’s just as pictured, extremely soft and did exactly what I needed it to do with my leather conditioner for my purse.

Used it ONE time to clean two short boots and the head has cracked
I bought this to use with saddle soap to clean my boots. I used it ONE time on two short boots, rinsed it and laid it to dry. Today I noticed that the wood head had cracked. Poor quality for something that's intended for cleaning. It's going back.
