Beautiful, sturdy and great customer service!
This is a heavy, sturdy and beautiful umbrella holder! I especially need to comment on the customer service we received. We had one minor issue and reached out to the seller. They responded immediately and often until we received the new part needed. Highly recommend!

Post loosens while maneuvering, only one screw.
Base not as stable as expected.

Very poor item ,I had to go to hardware store to buy fender washers to hold this together
The hole in the bottom was almost as wide as the washer and bolt that holds this together so after one week the stand was loose ,when I flipped it over to tighten the bolt the washer and the bolt were inside the hole in the base. I had to go to a hardware store and purchase fender washers to make the stand work.If you are not handy I wouldn't recommend this.

Item came damaged. Wasn’t discovered until return window closed. Not sure if it was sent from factory this way or if it was broken during shipping.
