I use this product as a muscle-building supplement (along with Yolked), and have seen great results. I only take it on workout days right before the workouts but I feel like it does enhance my strength and stamina during the workout. Over time, this has enabled me to break through plateaus and lift more weight.

I'm now on my 4th bottle. This has been the best Epicatechin product I've found. It is a little pricey, but I'm really happy with it. Great strength and easy to swallow. Happy with my results.

Absolutely no benefits here and as with most probably mostly filler in this. I stacked with another and still had no real progress or vascular impression. Stay away!!
