Inositol Capsules, Female Hormone Support, 120 Capsules

My doctor suggested I take this to help with sleep, and it works! I've recommended iot to others for the same issue and it has helped them as well. I started off with 2/night , am up to 5 . As long as they work, I'll take them.

I wake up multiple times a night to go to the bathroom and then can't get back to sleep. I've spent so much money on sleep aids that help me fall asleep, but not stay asleep. I have been desperate for a good nights sleep! I take this at bedtime. Then I read to relax, and I find this makes me very tired within 30 minutes. The most amazing part, is when I wake up to use the bathroom, I fall back to sleep very easily. This product worked for me from the first night. It has changed my life and no morning drowsiness.

This was recommended to me by my hormone doctor and my only regret is that I didn't start taking it sooner! I have struggled to sleep for many years and this really helps. I did have weird dreams the first week or so, but they seem to be better now.

I have hormonal mood swings and what I call Mom Rage when I’m overwhelmed. At the suggestion of my midwife I started this supplement. I didn’t think it was working 2 weeks in and so I quite taking it. BAD IDEA. Within a day I noticed the rage creeping back in, and by the 2nd day it was full blown again. I take these every day. Some days I only need one. Some days I need 4. But man it makes SUCH a tremendous difference in my ability to handle overwhelm, overstimulation and just stressful situations daily. I highly recommend it if you have any of the same symptoms.

I like this supplement, have ordered it before and it works well for my body. Rating it 4/5 instead of 5/5 because my most recent order contained a ruptured capsule which coated all the others with a white powder. It makes opening the jar a little messy and I can taste the powder when I take it. Otherwise great product. The broken pill issue has never happened before.

Inositol, particularly this brand, has been life changing for me. My energy levels have more than doubled, my hair is growing well, boosted my mood, and I’ve had no ill side effects. I can definitely tell the days that I forget to take it though, so I guess you could call that a side effect. It has also had a positive effect on my hormone regulation and my cycles have began to regulate again. My biggest, and only real complaint, is that for over $40 a bottle; it should be in glass. It was in a glass bottle, and I liked that, as it’s something I consistently buy, and glass is much more recyclable and also I don’t like worrying about the microplastic particulates. Bring back the glass bottles, but otherwise great product.
