There is not a day that goes by that I don’t use this foam roller. It is perfect for your thoracic and lumbar spine. I’ve also used it to work on my shoulders, and I have some cervical injuries from a car accident and this product really helps my symptoms and I literally can’t go a day without using it. It’s really sturdy and firm and I have had no issues with it. I wish I could buy a travel size because my only complaint is I can’t fit it in my suitcase, but other than that it is such a great product to use for a recovery after a workout or just to get a good stretch during the day. I work at a desk for hours and this really helps me stretch out my back throughout the day and has helped me with my recovery of my cervical spine injuries and I literally have one at my apartment and at my parents house because I love using it every day.

Great quality for the price! The foam roller is firm enough to work out tight muscles but not too hard to be uncomfortable. I use it after workouts and it really helps with soreness and recovery. Lightweight but sturdy—feels like it will last a long time.

This is so perfect for rolling out back, calves, hips, etc. I keep one at work too!

This foam roller is incredibly firm, almost too firm if you're just starting out, but that’s what I was looking for. It holds its shape really well and doesn’t compress under pressure. It feels durable and solid. It’s also light and easy to toss in a gym bag, so portability is a plus. I'm still learning how to use it right, but it's a great option if you want something dense and long-lasting.

I live an active lifestyle so its great to be able to have a foam roller to stretch before and after a workout. I've been getting into stretching more to avoid injury and this foam roller has been a game changer for me.

It is too hard for comfortable rolling on the back for me - no ‘give’ in the foam density. Worse, the surface is semi-shiny and has little texture - slips on floors, carpets, and clothing.
