Apple iPhone 14 Plus, 128 GB, Yellow (Renewed)

Very pleased, phone came next day and pristine condition, not a mark on it. Hopefully no issues going forward but does have 12 month warranty, battery life was at 85% and so far so good, only time will tell..Phone is as they advertised. It is safely encased in full clear case to protect phone and show the colour, which I purchased separately from Amazon and well worth it.

Changed from android to iOS, bought as excellent quality refurbished phone. It’s fantastic no problems, no scuffs or marks & never caused me a minutes trouble, would definitely buy refurbished as opposed to new again & save myself £sss as well.

Battery died whilst setting up and bricked the device. Took it into Apple Store who said the phone had been cannibalised from other handsets using low quality parts…had to return very time consuming inconvenient…Also comms around replacement was extremely poor…. Left me without phone or refund over the weekend…Update received replacement after the weekend and all seemed well at first… put phone straight into a case and screen protector as I always do. Over the weekend had a very minor fall and back cracked (poor quality 3rd party cover certainly not Ceramic Shield glass). Return requested on grounds that product is not as described… So return requested (still waiting P&P from the first) will provide update once I receive a response….UPDATE even though this company use lower quality parts that are not as durable as original Apple parts refused to accept return…. Claim under A-Z guarantee instigated…. Will update with result…

Phone is really good and great condition. Delivery was a bit of an issue, as it seemed to go all over the country for a day before arriving a day late.

Excellent phone in great condition. Setup was fairly simple moving up from an 8. Battery was draining quickly but turned off Background App refresh and all is good.

Buen producto reacondicionado, carcasa, pantalla y botones sin daños aparentes. Batería al 85%. Tuvo garantía hasta julio de 2025, así que entiendo que se adquirió 2 años antes (yo lo compro en enero de 2026). Sin historial de reparaciones (al menos que se puedan encontrar desde el menú del iPhone). Comprado a un precio inferior al que puedes ver en la web del vendedor fonestore.es Lo único que veo negativo que en la descripción del producto no se especifica nivel de batería y estado general del teléfono. Entrega en 3 días laborales a través de GLS. En general muy contento con la compra, espero que siga funcionando igualmente bien.
