I got the 6-cup green Rainbow Moka Pot. Bialleti rate their pots in espresso servings. My wife and I use the Moka when we want to make milk drinks. A 6-cup machine is about right for brewing 2 American-style coffees with milk. So this pot can brew anything from 2-6 servings depending on your usage. The green 6-cup Rainbow has a design that's a blend of retro and contemporary. It looks gorgeous alongside a classic KitchenAid blender if you like a slightly retro kitchen. It's an absolute piece of art, and it makes good coffee. Moka coffee historically was quite bitter due to boiling pre-ground dark Italian coffee quite hard. This lead people to call it "espresso". Moka is not brewed under much pressure, so it's not true espresso. What you get is a very concentrated small serving of coffee which draws strong flavors from the bean. If I brew the same coffee back to back in the Moka versus an Aeropress, the Aeropress is smoother and more balanced, but the Moka explodes with flavor like an espresso shot. They're very different experiences. My recipe for light roast: Grind coffee medium-coarse as for Aeropress. Put freshly boiled water in the base, use a towel to close. Heat pot over medium-low heat with lid open. Watch until pot sputters. Closw lid and run cold tap water down the side to arrest boiling. Pour into 2 mugs. For black coffee, dilute with water to taste. For milk drinks, do the same, and top with milk. Frother optional but recommended. I love the Moka Pot. They're very beautiful so you want to display it on your shelf. They're a little finicky if you want to get the best coffee from them, especially from lighter roasts. The Moka was designed for pre-ground dark roasts, which brew much more easily but produce an offensively bitter coffee to my tastes. If you instead use a good fresh ground specialty coffee and manage your heat, you can get an "espresso-like" cup for a fraction of the cost. Great for small shots or milk drinks. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this. Had a cheap 1 cup that I liked, got it for camping. Definitely not enough coffee. I grabbed this guy and it is my favorite coffee maker. My espresso machine has a layer of dust now and abandoned my coffee maker. It is super simple to set up and make. I love the taste of the coffee out of the moka pot. The quality of this moka pot is superb and I definitely tell the difference between it and the cheap 1 cup I have. Would choose this product again.

First time trying moka pot. 6 cup is the perfect size. I love the light blue color and it looks great as a counter piece. I found it easy to clean and use and the coffees great. Rich and robust. Good if you like stronger coffee. Arrived 2 days early and good price.

A Bialetti classic with a nice appearance. I use it regularly for morning coffee and expect to do so for years to come as Bialetti products are built to last. Of course, the gasket will eventually need replacement but there is nothing one can do about that.

Why did I wait so long to get one of these. I gave my Keurig away the day I got this. Excellent Italian quality. Italians never make crappy products. The coffee is so good. Smooth, full bodied and HOT. None of that cheap chemical luke warm crap from the PODS. I am so happy with this. Everyone should make coffee this way.

I love Bialetti products and I was so excited about this but Amazon literally threw this in a brown paper bag envelope and tossed it around. So this ended up scratched up and dinged up and we sent it back and got one of the Bialetti that we know come in a box I'm.

All my relatives and friends in Italy recommended I do not buy any other brand other than Bialetti for its authenticity and reliability. It is very easy to operate, comes with clear instructions and it cleans up with no fuss. This specific model comes in several different fun colors. After several months of use, there is no chipping or discoloration of this beautiful colored finish. If you enjoy smooth coffee flavor, consistently made at the correct temperature and ease of use, this is the coffee pot for you.

Jag har använt bialetti i över 20 år & alltid varit supernöjd. Men övertrycks ventilen gick sönder efter bara 5-6 kokningar. Behöver jag säga att jag är grymt besviken.
