Pros: made with super foods and no fillers, soy, corn, gluten and NO synthetic Ascorbic Acid Cons: The price. For almost $40 you should at least get 60 tablets if not 90. 56 tablets is a little steep for me. That’s the main reason I have only purchased this product 3x’s in the last 2 years. However, you get what you pay for and it may just be really expensive to provide such a wonderful product.

I read an article that You shouldn’t take a Vitamin C supplement that contains Ascorbic Acid next to where it states the word Vitamin C. I have a very sensitive stomach & want to keep My Microbiomes running as best inside of My body that I can. These Vegetable Caps that are plant based are easy for Me to swallow. The ingredients are all Organic Superfood blends which is what I love about them. I only take them as directed by My Dr. when I’m out & about doing alot of things during the day & tend to feel sluggish the next day. These along w/Whole Food Quercetin Plus keeps Me going. My regimen is taking both for 4 days straight. Then I don’t feel like I’m coming down w/any cold or flu, etc. You can take these though on a daily basis if Your Dr. wants You on Vitamin C every day. I’d recommend this product.
