These are dangerously tasty. They work well

Wow, if you are straining to poop, these really work! Take them consistently. I take one at each meal. Finally, no bad BM's and no straining. What a relief. Apparently, these are better for long-term, instead of the capsules, which are really meant for short-term, i.e.- a week or so.

I saw my doctor after my surgical procedure and asked what I could do for my opioid constipation. I was in so much pain from the constipation and the procedure. I didn’t want to take any more pain meds because I wanted to have an opportunity to poop and knew they would make them worse. She recommended Colice pill and two cups of MiraLAX. Tried that for two days and it didn’t work. my cousin suggested these and they worked. So happy
