There comes a point in adulthood when you stop asking for excitement and start asking for a normal bowel movement. I purchased these because apparently my digestive system decided that processing food was optional and holding onto it indefinitely was a perfectly reasonable business strategy. The gummies are convenient, easy to take, and considerably more pleasant than having a serious negotiation with my intestines. I'm not asking for miracles. I'm not trying to pressure-wash my colon. I just want things to move along peacefully, without turning every bathroom visit into a hostage negotiation. If you've ever sat on the toilet questioning your dietary choices, your hydration habits, and every decision that led you to this moment, you understand the assignment. Five stars for making digestive maintenance feel slightly less undignified. May your movements be regular and your struggles brief.

Tasty and they work

Wow, if you are straining to poop, these really work! Take them consistently. I take one at each meal. Finally, no bad BM's and no straining. What a relief. Apparently, these are better for long-term, instead of the capsules, which are really meant for short-term, i.e.- a week or so.

These are really yummy! My only downside is the cost because I have to take 4 twice a day due to an organ transplant. Now I just take them when I get tired of swallowing all the pills I have to take daily

Works like a charm and tastes good too. If you have the same problem as I do with going to the bathroom definitely purchase this immediately. It works better than any other thing that I’ve ever tried. What more can I say about stool softener- I’ve tried them all and I make sure I always have these available.

As someone who can’t swallow a pill but needed stool softeners for after labor…these were PERFECT. The taste is actually really good and they do the job just the same.

These are advertised as being gummies, there is nothing gummy about them. They are rock hard, you just have to suck on them as if they were hard candies. Not too happy with how they work, sometimes they work fine, other times they seem to take forever to work. I purchased them twice in case the first order was just a bad batch, but the second order was just as bad. Rock hard gummies that take forever to work. Never again
