Its good. I'm first time using this heat gun. This buildskill 1800w heat gun is sturdy and the outer material seems better and firm. There is high heat & low heat button option with turn off in the the same single button so that it makes using it easier while you are handling it.There will be minor smoke when we start it in the beginning (it happened 2-3 times in the beginning but later on it was fin) I did asked to their customer care on WhatsApp they responded immediately and also promised to assist in future if there is any need of help regarding the product or issues..For their customer care service I will give 5 starProduct 4/5The only thing which is missing is the regulator knob! It would be more helpful if there was a knob to control the heatBut anyhow there are 2 modes (high heat & meduim heat).

Very Good Performance at a very reasonable price. Also we can control the temperature. Air throw is also good and gets heated very fast, Fully satisfied. What is need to be seen is how long it is going to work. But for now it is very good and go for it.
