Product worked as expected. Note: the device will not "split" audio - which is fine but worth noting and will not connect to two separate computers. The product works to provide charging while listing to audio which is exactly what we needed in our car.

It stopped working all of a sudden. It’s like if it was made in a sh*thole for some reason they all stop working after a month or two like really... don’t waste your money on this and just buy the authentic Apple one since by the time you buy your second or third one after then breaking it’ll cost the same. *edit* the seller kept their warranty promise and replaced it for free, so it’s expected to last me at least another 3 months. I think if they fix the internal design (I noticed with other brands the welds year apart on the control panel and causes the issues so I’m sure if they figure a way to reinforce it it’ll give us a better product and then better profits instead of having to replace them constantly.

I have Iphone 7s. Since my review, customer service contacted me and offer me to give it a try. I did notice that the first one I have received the box looked used or old. This time customer service sent this one which looked like brand new. Customer Service was very nice, quick and polite. I really don't know what to say about this product. Second one worked for a while and then it showed "this accessory is not supported" message again. Every once a while it shows that message. If you unplug and replug it in or jiggling it around; it will work again. I've given 4 stars due to the good customer service not product. My original review is : At first it was working OK, but 2 weeks later it stopped working. I returned it. It is much more pricier than other products and it got good reviews. That is why I choose this one. It doesn't work so save yourself trouble!

I’ve only had this for a few days so I will have to give an update after a couple of weeks or even months. But right out of the package it was well packaged and it worked instantly on my iPhone 7 Plus. I was able to listen to an audiobook and simultaneously charge my phone. I’ve purchased similar devices from Amazon and i was very unhappy with my purchases..namely because they did not work and the construction quality was poor.

Sleek design and not bulky. They work most of the time when charging and using headphones. I don’t like that randomly my phone stops charging while connected and then starts charging then stops. It is weird but I haven’t had my phone die on me during any calls with headphones plugged in as well. Two stars taken away because of the random times my phone stops charging or gives an error that I am not using comparable devices even though per product description I am using the right cables and plugging them in correctly per directions.

There is not any science in connecting this device, it is as easy as plugging it into the phone and then plugging the earphones and power cable on the device, however, every time I do it I get the message "Accessory Not Supported". According to Apple, you only get this error if a device is: 1. Defective, damaged, or not Apple-certified. 2. The accessory isn't supported by your device or 3. Your iOS device has a dirty or damaged connector. I bought this device precisely because they claimed it was MFI certified (Manufactured for iPhone) instead of other cheaper versions. My phone is a brand new iPhone X and I used the ORIGINAL Apple earphones and charging cable. There is absolutely no reason for it to fail unless it is damaged or it is not really MFI Certified. So I will start by giving the dealer the benefit of the doubt, contact them for a replacement. I will update here accordingly on how they solve it.

Works exactly as expected. My iPhone is my work phone and I like to use my gaming headset for conference calls. Just more comfortable to me. On the rare occasion that I need to charge my phone and have a call at the same time, this is perfect. No loss of sound quality on the call and continues to charge as normal.

As others have said, this splitter worked for about two days, then stopped. It gave me the accessory isn’t supported message on the second day (though it says it is in the product description) and now will only charge or allow for headphone usage, but not both. This defeats the whole purpose of the device. I’m sending it back.
