Its been 5 Day's I am using this toaster before this I had teflon coating. There is difference teflon coating is cooked better but considering this toaster as non toxic, I will recommend to go with wipro ceramic toaster. It will take some time to get use to but it will be totally worth it.

Its a non stick dual heating plate (heats on both sides) sandwich with grooves . Easy to clean . Its working great , heats up fast . Hinges are strong . The size could have been little bigger for fitting 2 actual sandwich breads side by side.. Value for money .. I recommend this product

Very convenient and quality product

I received this product in damaged condition. The product appears to be broken or defective, and I am disappointed with its condition upon delivery. I expected a new product in perfect working condition, but unfortunately, this item did not meet my expectations. This grill is truly non stick and the warning light turning from red to green and indicating when you can start grilling is actually working! You can open it up fully to do just one side at a time, and the hinge to do both sides at once is big enough to grill thick sandwiches. I love this product.

The machine says ceramic but it has a non stick like coating.The breads are not evenly toasted. In the manual they say to put the sandwich after the red light turns to green and when then light switches green the machine plates are hot so do with care or you could get burn. The durability is not that good the craftsmanship is not up to the mark it is very plasticky and the lock is not that good as it is only on one side. The cord length is about a 1M or 1.2M. *Note*:- Do check the coating is proper as when I got it had minor chips but I didn't return it cause I needed the machine at that time.
