Handy gadget. I don’t print much and I don’t have space. But…, I needed to printed some documents for an upcoming important event and I could not get a regular printer, due to space constraints. Enter this nifty little printer. It’s perfect for my purpose and space. It works well for small and on-the-go prints (only in black and white). I wish it prints colours…but we cannot have all that we wish for, can we?

Good printer, comes with some paper but because it’s wrapped around the printer in the box the print comes out streaky & faded where the folds are. Luckily I also bought some paper that’s flat & it printer on that perfectly.

I have various printers from this brand and they all work fine, but this one doesn’t! It just prints blank. Even though everything seems to be fine and it connected with my phone immediately with no issues, the app is great and everything looks fantastic, particularly the scanning function, this does not actually print anything on the paper. The paper just goes through blank. I know what I’m doing and have the right paper and it’s the right side up, but this simply does not work. It’s a shame but I think you could probably get a replacement if this happened to you as it’s through Amazon. It’s a shame I can’t review this thoroughly but in terms of the app and connectivity. It’s perfect.

I used to be an IT teacher and so printers are a very familiar device to me, the maintenance of them is full of painful memories and so the ease with which I set this up and used it is a delight. The printer is remarkably compact, it arrives with a carry case and it is genuinely portable. Essentially you work it like this: 1 Download the app 2 Turn on the re-chargable printer (mine arrived charged) 3 Follow the very easy to understand instructions on the app It is as simple as that, the app detects the printer and connects without you having to even go through the common bluetooth connection process. The printer arrives with some thermal printing paper (about 10 sheets I think, maybe 9) You feed the paper in one at a time (none of those awful trays like with a normal printer and it feeds in very easily) so that does limit its convenience I have to admit; with the blank side down. There is no ink involved, which is a major bonus and the print quality is adequate. When you have finished, turn it off and the printer just goes into a draw. In conclusion, this printer is perfect for small print jobs at home where you do not want some huge ugly printer in a room with lots of cables and you hate having to mess about with fast draining ink cartridges. It is also perfect if you need portability. The downsides are you need special paper, the initial cost, you have to manually feed in individual sheets, the print quality is not very high, it is monochrome and you have to print from your phone. Finally, as normal printers are so ugly, huge, ink draining and very fiddly I would not even consider using anything else particularly as I have such limited need for a printer.

I’ve used thermal printers for address labels for years, I have a Zebra which has been a good work horse, I was looking forward to giving this a test. First impressions are a neat well made printer, the standout feature is this is rechargeable, can be used anywhere without having to look for a plug socket You can download the software via App Store, nice and straightforward Setting up is as easy as setting up a printer can be, I use a Mac, and had no issues. This is Bluetooth connectivity or via a cable, I tried both and results were spot on Quality is okay, it’s not as good as a Ink jet printer, think Fax machine quality. The silver colour is nice and business like, nothing not to like. A great find, a good sized wireless thermal printer, thermal means it doesn’t use ink, you’ll need thermal paper, available form Amazon, I use the same branded paper as the printer. A great printer, this is ideal for so many things in our business, very pleased Great find, great price.

First impressions, I was a bit surprised at the lack of paper. I didn’t realise that it came with some test sheets inside the case but he did. The printer was very easy to set up. All I had to do was plug it in and download the app. The printer can be charged up so it can be used without a power source. I found the app very easy to use, and to navigate. I had no problems pairing the printer with my phone via Bluetooth. The app picked the printer up very easily. This printer did print off images, but I think it’s much better for documents. There is some streaking, but as this is a thermal printer that is to be expected to a certain degree. The images were very easy to put into an A4 document, and I was able to resize and reposition them as well. I’m very impressed at how very little technical knowledge you need in order to simply use this printer to print off documents from your phone or from your computer. The printer came with its own little Carrie case, and it takes up very little room. It could even be put into a backpack or a larger bag so could be used for college as well as university.
