Eine schöne Außenlampe
Habe jetzt sechs an Meinem Haus angebracht. Vier leuchten schon acht Jahre. Eine ist leider nach vier Jahren defekt gewesen. Habe mich an den Hersteller gewandt. Die haben mir ganz unkompliziert eine neue Lampe geschickt. Die neue Lampe war nach fünf Tagen da. Super Service. Vielen Dank

Joli mais qualité discutable
J'en avais déjà acheté deux en Allemagne et j'adorais le style. J'en ai acheté 7 autres il y a un an sur Amazon. Les deux achetés en Allemagne ont laché après 6 mois et ont été remplacés. Sur les 7 achetés sur Amazon j'en ai encore deux qui ont lâché à quelques jours d'intervalle. L'un ne s'allume plus l'autre émet une faible lueur. 4 lumières HS sur 9 après + ou - 6 mois... ça fait beaucoup. J'attends la réponse du SAV. Par ailleurs, j'avais contacté le SAV car des insectes arrivaient quand même à entrer dedans. Réponse de la société, c’est un problème d'installation... Il y a deux vis et un couvercle à refermé et qui est "censé" être isolé par un joint en caoutchouc. Pour moi le joint n'est pas étanche car tous les spots ont ce problème.
