The cruise AC product was too good, and it is cheap and best. Quality and cooling was so good comparing with the other brands in market. I can say cruise will grab the ac market soon in years ....they are doing great.

The installation was done in a quick manner. The water drain pipe was needed to be left vertical else the AC leaks. The AC performance is amazing. The capacity Convertible modes work great. We could see the difference almost in a second. This would save lot of energy!! Use the lower mode when outside temp is less and use the highest capacity mode when heat is at its peak!!!

I recently purchased the Cruize 1.5 Ton 3 Star AC. Delivery was quick and the product arrived in good condition. The AC’s cooling is satisfactory and performs well for a standard room.However, the installation experience was not up to the mark. Apart from the standard installation charges, I was asked to pay an extra ₹300 for the outdoor unit stand and ₹300 for copper pipe rolling. I’ve installed other brand ACs before and never had to pay extra for the stand—Cruize should seriously look into this.More importantly, the installation technician did not use any rope or safety gear while working on the sunshade on the top floor. This is a major safety risk and could lead to accidents. The company should ensure proper safety measures are followed during installation.Overall, the AC is good, but the hidden charges and lack of installation safety were disappointing.
