FAULTY ...AND delivery boy lied about return status ...DISGUSTING
The packaging was good . The UHF receiver battery is supposed to charge but it doesn't. Only works when USB is connected . One of the microphone doesn't work despite battery and lights indicating . One mic worked perfectly . Assuming I just got a bad piece . What absolutely frustrated me was ...YESTERDAY MY REPLACEMENT WAS TO BE DELIVERED . THE DESPATCHER SUDDENLY UPDATED THAT RETURN WAS NOT COLLECTED ...ACTUALLY THE DELIVERY PWRSON NEVER CAME ....DIAGUSTING SERVICE...NOW I AM TOLS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE WILL BE DONE ONLY AFTER THE PRODUXT IS RETURNED...I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH SICH REPEAT NONSENSE FROM AMAZON ... I WILL FINALLYMOVW TO TATA ...AMAZON IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TINE ...LET MW JUST COMPKETE THIS RETURN
