Thus is an update. Never known anything like it. Could have been very dangerous! I added it to my bidon, put the lid on after 5 minutes or so, 10 miles down the road it explosively blew part of my Elite bottles lid clean off! I had the mild Citrus. I thought i had not rinsed my bottle properly, it tasted to my wife and I like it was tainted with washing up liquid.

I've tried all variations and while I really want to like it, it always gives me stomach craps. Precision Hydration is a great company, and I generally really like their products, but those hydration tablets do not agree with my body. Probably give it a try (they are not too expensive) and see how your body reacts. They taste ok.

My primary objective is to hydrate, I've tried other hydration tablets that left me thirsty, needing the toilet of simply tasting awful. Having fell upon these from a running blog, I thought I'd give them a try. Have to say I've been really impressed, it leaves water tasting and feeling 'soft', its easy to drink, no bitter after taste and they are great value for money. I now ensure I take these with all my water, whether I'm running or not to hydrate and keep hydrated, especially before, during and after those long runs

As a heavy sweater these are a godsend when running ultramarathons especially in the heat. Not the tastiest but definitely very effectively.
