If you're looking at this - just buy it. You really won't regret it.
At last, I can 'airbrush'!! For *decades* I've tried airbrushing. It NEVER worked. I tried a really cheap 'brush, running on compressed air canisters, back in the 70s (in my teens) A better airbrush was purchased much, much later on, still running on canisters. Nothing but dribbles. I bought a far more expensive airbrush in the 2010s AND a small 'piston-type' compressor. Still didn't work. I was convinced it was the airbrush, so treated myself to a *proper* one a few months ago. Hopeless >:-( I'd spend an hour cleaning the 'brush, thin the paint, fill the cup... then end up pouring the paint on the subject, then push it around with a real brush. Then I realised something... Even with the compressor running, there was no 'fffff' coming out of the pointy end. So... I treated myself to a *proper* compressor WITH an air-tank. HEY PRESTO!!! The pressure is firm, constant and adjustable(!) It's beautifully quiet (except when the pressure-release valve goes for the first time! Crikey, it made me jump) The two-way switch is for high, and low(er) pressure, and once the tank is full, which takes next to no time, it's more-or-less silent spraying. It's fantastically well made, and is reassuringly heavy, but the clever two-part carry-handles make it a doddle to move around with one hand. One thing I would recommend getting (unless you're absolutely sure of the connector size on your 'brushe's hose) is the eight-piece adaptor kit: I needed two adaptors to step down to the size needed. I cannot recommend this superb product highly enough. It's only taken fifty years, but I can finally use an airbrush!

Great for the price.
Took a gamble on this as no reviews. No regrets so far. I've been looking for something with a little more beef than the cheaper units for a while without hitting the £200 mark. This has fit the bill. FYI as it does not say on the shopfront - the Hose is 1/8" Size Fitting. I'd recommend this item. Details: I've had it in my workshop for a couple of weeks now and its been working flawlessly both for my airbrushes and my nail gun. This is a much much more substantial unit compared to other units that are a little cheaper with a single intake. On auto stop mode you can airbrush for hours and it wont over heat due to the larger tank ( so it has to fill up less) and dual intake. The pressure flow is a constant psi with no pressure drops screwing up your airbrushing like the cheaper units do. While you can get 6 bar of pressure from it, it will auto stop at 4 bar on auto stop mode. I do most of my air brushing around 2-3 bar. Its easy to change pressure just by using the dial. Gets hot but never gets "too hot" even after 3 hours of hardcore airbrushing. In fact i forgot to even think about it over heating after a while, was a none issue. Really good feet and nice and stable, you wont move it by mistake unless you really give it a punt. Units a rough foot and a bit tall by the same wide. I almost took one a star away due to it NOT being 'very quiet'. Its not loud like a power tool might be by any means but i'd feel disingenuous to describe it as very quiet. I guess thats all relative, so 5 stars it is.

Works
My old compressor without a tank was starting to fail and was struggling when painting large models. Opted for a replacement with a tank to get a more stable flow. This came well packaged and seems to have decent build quality. I am sure you can get better but none of this one feels cheap. Not used it much at this point but it works and does the job. It is nice not having the compressor running all the time when painting. When it does run it is quite noisy but as I use it the garage that is fine but makes you appreciate the silence when it is not! Really happy with it so far.

Terrific value
I use this to run my airbrush. Went for the slightly better twin compressor version for the sake of a few extra pounds and I’m delighted. Works straight out of the box, no leaks and super super quiet which was an absolute necessity for me. Brilliant product at any price!

Expected Update
Carefully searching the web for reviews and associated YouTube videos I realised that there was an inherent problem with the return valve and that this may pose a problem. Lo and behold this was the case and I made the update as prescribed by the YouTube videos and added a piece of foam to the return valve. This solved the problem and everything works fine now. No overheating, no big leakage - takes about 10 hours of being idle b4 the compressor kicks in .... probably sealing the joints around the non-return valve would fix that. Certainly I would recommend his item if you are prepared for the potential non-return valve issue and prepared to do the fix. Not taking a star off for the valve issue as I was fully aware of what to expect.

Have had this for a while now and have had no problems from day one.. noise is acceptable and quickly fills and shuts off. sofar reliable for model painting sessions.. Doesn't include a hose which would have been a nice touch, other than that you get exactly what the advert says.
