Great product for PP recovery!
Used these to help recovery after giving birth and hemorrhaging. Someone had told the these would help build back the blood and help with recovery! They were right! Quality is very good and I felt so much better once I started taking this, lost more energy! Capsule doesn’t taste. Worth your money!

As good as more expensive brands
I've used specifically Klamath Lake Blue-green Algae off and on for decades before it was trendy. It really is great, and this brand was just as good as much more expensive brands. Just a tip, if you have a typical Western Culture diet (fast food, not a lot of exercise, junk food, processed foods, unhealthy snacks) it's going to take a while for you to feel the effects most likely. You may also have a bit of a 'detoxing' effect as your body chooses to get the better nutrients from this and starts kicking out all the garbage it's been stuffing in fat cells to protect itself. So give it a fair shot, maybe buy two bottles and start with just one a day and move up to the recommended serving. I avoid garbage food as much as possible, so I just stuck with 1 a day and felt it was enough to have great energy and a much clearer head, despite being ADHD. SAFE FOR KIDS! Works *wonders* for ADHD/Spectrum kids when paired with a good probiotic. My kids went from detention to dean's list in *one month* when I added probiotics and Blue-Green Algae! Principal asked me what I did he was so impressed with the change.

Deceptive labeling
I do not like that the seller calls their product Klamath Blue Green Algae leading the consumer to believe its sourced from Klamath Lake when in fact it comes from India.
