Put them in the washing machine. I preferred 30* but they didn't spoil when they washed at 40*.

Hi I would like the medium size but it starts at large. I have kept looking for awhile but the large size is too big, is there a medium size?

Yes there is a medium but we are out of stock at the moment. I think it will be about 4 weeks before we restock.

The dressing on my stomach has to be changed once a week only. Will these keep dressing dry while showering?

This is a tricky one, the pants are made from a waterproof material, however, you must take into account how tight the waistband is on your skin as I think that some water from your shower will trickle in due to the elastic waist on the pants, thus making your dressing wet.

Do these have a side seam

They have seams on both sides which always come unstuck. Useless. So frustrating
