Fantastic Product! Coconut Secret Organic Coconut Aminos, is absolutely a healthier alternative to just regular or lite soy sauce. Purchased as a two pack at a great price. Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos is soy-free, gluten-free, and organic, low-glycemic soy sauce substitute made from fermented coconut sap and sea salt, with 73% less sodium, 17 amino acids, and has a -sweet flavor suitable for keto/paleo diets. Personally : I find I’m able to use less product then I would traditional soy sauce when cooking without lessoning the flavor you’d expect and or added extra salt and preservatives. Flavor : is delicious & slightly sweet, it does “not” taste like coconut . The fermented coconut sap smell is similar to that of having hint of rice vinegar but not at all overpowering. It’s a wonderful and interesting inexpensive and healthier staple to have around for salads, and or creating marinades, barbecued vegetables , home made dressing sautés , and sushi. 🍣

This coconut aminos is a great replacement for soy sauce. The flavor is rich but not too salty, which I really like. It works well for cooking, stir-fries, and marinades. I also appreciate that it’s organic and lower in sodium. A little goes a long way, and it’s something I keep stocked in the kitchen. Very happy with it.

Tastes good less salt- does the job

If you are gluten free and/or watching your salt intake, this is great stuff. No one has guessed it's not tamari! It's expensive but the lowest salt "soy sauce" available, so I'm willing to pay for it. It was recommended to me by a chef and I second his recommendation.
