Absolutely great product! Must have if you have neurophasy in your feet. This vital supplement Alpha Lipoic Acid will make the difference. Easy on the stomach. I take it in the morning and at night. I have taking since December of 2025 dramatic results. It's improved walking and also sleeping for my feet and hands. In closing nothing else I took worked except this supplement for neuropathy in my feet

This is a really good medicine if you are fighting neuropathy in feet or hands. Works for me.

It seems to work fine. My wife hasn’t complained about foot pain with this brand and they seem to be priced competitively.

My Dr recommended taking this for neuropathy, starting at 600 mg and building up to 1800 mg. I'm up to 1600, but my scalp has been itching like crazy. Have sent a question to the Dr asking if I should cut down the dosage or stop altogether. A shame since it has been helping with the neuropathy. Perhaps I am allergic.
