For phone-based content, a teleprompter this size hits a really useful middle ground. It’s large enough to read comfortably without turning your filming setup into a giant studio rig. The foldable design is important because teleprompters are usually awkward things to store when they aren’t being used. The remote control is another feature I would specifically want because stopping a recording every time you need to adjust the script defeats the convenience of using a teleprompter in the first place. This makes the most sense for talking-head videos, educational content, presentations, product videos, or anyone who knows exactly what they want to say but doesn’t want their eyes constantly dropping to a phone beside the camera.

Such a great product. You only need your phone and the app will make teleprompting easy even on a small device. Its perfect tbh.

If you buy this, have a backup remote. My remote will not stay connected for more than 45 seconds. The teleprompter is alright function wise, but adds a tint to the picture that's hard to remove. Would not recommend buying. Also, this thing will NOT work with a camera, so you better have two phones on hand!

This teleprompter is fantastic if you are looking for something small and portable for filming with an iPhone. I use an old iPhone to project the teleprompter text but I use the iPhone app from PromptSmart b/c I like that I can edit my scripts via their website from my computer and their app has technology to hear your voice and automatically advance the text! But the app that is recommended from this site works okay for a basic teleprompter. But, now for my suggested tweak, I found that on my white iPhone camera was able to see (and record on my final videlo) the reflection of the square camera area where the iPhone has the 3 different lenses and flash LED. This is because that square camera area is so reflective and shiny (as you can see in one of the pictures). So while recording I put painter's tape over that entire square camera area of the back of my iPhone so the reflection is gone and the area is dark and I obviously cut out a small hole for the bottom left lens, which is the lens that is used for standard iPhone video @ 1x or 2x recording. Note that if you use different zoom levels or want to use cinematic video mode, you might need to cut out other lenses as well. You can experiment and find what you need. So, with the tape in place, the reflection of the camera's lens area is eliminated and my final video!

Not the greatest, but it's fine I guess

Works well enough, I do content creation on the side (product reviews/intros) and this is a much better setup than just having my phone off to the side. I can put this mirror right behind my camera and it looks like I'm still looking at the camera but still able to read off my speaking notes. Great for meetings or even interviews! The scroller remote also works well, I can set the font size to large and scroll down as I progress through the video. You can also set up a second phone to record instead of using a dedicated camera, which attaches to the back well - either vertical or horizontal works. Great product!

Great value for the price. Works with Android devices as well. Found it very useful for both phone and 7 and q0 inch tablets. Setup is very easy and I will say I use it on a flat surface works well for key notes while producing videos.

It is so small, the phone tray is so flimsy that it is hardly usable. Once you put a camera behind the screen, you pick up glare from the device in a dark room or a studio-lit environment, so it is not a good solution for a teleprompter. Only wish I could return it, but I waited too long.

Estaba preocupado por una reseña que decía que era difícil de armar pero fue súper fácil. Viene todo prácticamente armado y solo hay que adaptarle la pieza que vayas a usar con tu móvil para grabar y es bastante intuitivo. El cristal es completamente transparente y se graba perfectamente a través de él. Ya he grabado dos videos. Con el móvil donde tienes el texto en posición horizontal se nota un poco el movimiento de los ojos así que la próxima vez lo pondré para leer el texto con el móvil vertical y debería quedar casi imperceptible el movimiento de los ojos. La app para cargar el texto del teleprompter es intuitiva y hace lo que tiene que hacer. Se puede cambiar orientacíon del texto, tamaño de la letra, velocidad de scroll. Esos son los settings que he usado. Lo mejor del producto es el control remoto que te permite poner el texto más lento o más rápido mientras grabas para adaptar el texto a tu velocidad de lectura en todo momento. También puedes pausar y texto y empezarlo. El móvil con el que grabas detrás del prompter obviamente no lo controla el remoto.
