Can the water flow as well as the swing be adjusted at the sprinkler to reduce the watering area?

Water flow can be adjusted at the supply tap.

Check hose connector at end of sprinkler also if filter seal is fitted correctly, then tighten with scanner, also unit twist is on correct setting position. Sorry these are only issues I have had which may cause a leak.

Does this work with xhose garden hose?

As long as Xhose has standard connectors on it, then yes it will work.

Is this sprinkler ok if water pressure is low?

The sprinkler works at a lower pressure but the spread is reduced. I use hozelock extensively but always in conjuction with a hozelock timer. This means that my watering is done in the middle of the night when pressure is high and takes little or no input from me other than deciding the time and length of the cycle. Have fitted for friends and all are delighted.
