Beyond Paint Refinishing Kit

I love how this turned out!!! With using white I expected to use more than 2 coats, so I ended up using 4 coats total and let each coat dry for 4 hours and it worked really good and looks amazing!! It does say it takes 7-30 days ti fully cure so try to be careful during that time, I plan on using this product again and will finish my other bathrooms and then my kitchen. I’m very happy with it so far, just be prepared for a long few days to get done. I plan on using the grey color next time for my kitchen so fingers crossed j don’t need more than 2 coats. I ended up getting a foam roller as well, found it works way better than the one that comes with it. I also purchased the countertop kit as well, and it was easy and turned out fabulous and better than I thought it would and again I did 4 coats of the white and let dry for 4 hours each coat and on the last coat I did the flecks and let dry for 4 hours and then lastly used the sealer and I did 4 coats of it and let each coat dry for 4 hours and I’m impressed with it as of now so I’m hoping over time it stays in pretty good shape. But all In all this is a good product and will buy again oh and I also painted over the tile on my wall means how it is older and I must say it looks amazing too and put the sealer of that as well.

We bought this because friends of our refinished their cabinets with it and the project came out nicely. Apparently used on particle board the paint dries awesome, but in grained wood is dries awfully. It looked smooth when at and dries looking like cottage cheese. It advertises as being self leveling, but is like opposite. The directions say there is no need for sanding, but our cabinets were smooth and came out awfully. The product is for sure not the idiot proof product it claims to be. For the price and inconvinence of waiting for shipping, you're better off investing in cabinet paint from Benjamin Moore. Also, the roller provided in the kit was very low quality.

I really didn’t want to write a review yet I really didn’t want to write a review yet… Hence the three stars for now and I’m going to wait for an answer as to why this paint is so incredibly thick and lumpy. I know it’s supposed to be textured and thick, but this is like lumps of clay…my purchase is exactly like the video somebody has posted about their paint in the light gray color. I even took out my mixer to mix the paint… Still not a thin enough consistency to use. Can somebody explain why? Or did I happen to get a very old container of it? I really wanted this paint to be the solution I needed.

I ordered Nantucket but they sent me soft gray. I'm sure I'll use it eventually but now I won't be able to start my project as planned. I love this paint and have not been disappointed with the previous projects I have finished.

Beatiful color, but the colors were not mixed all the way. I had white lines mixed in with the blue. i kept trying to mix and it would never fully mix. Not sure if this is a bad batch or normal for beyond paint?? I have to return and try to reorder...
