Another Sea Gull Movement
This is the higher than I usually pay for a watch. What interested me was the higher jewel Sea Gull movement, the moonphase, and the power meter. This watch is cosmetically appealing. It looks better than what I expected. It has a creme background and the blue dial hands that I see on Sea Gull watches. It's easy to adjust and hand wind. The crown turns smoothly and both the moonphase and date adjust easily also. The watch comes with a pin that you can use for that. I like the power meter for when I don't wear the watch daily, which happens since I rotate wearing this watch with a Sea Gull automatic watch. The moon phase is something that I had been looking for in a wrist watch. The sapphire crystal is a plus also. I have come to appreciate Sea Gull movements for their durability and the fact that they are widely used in a number of brands globally. I have had no issues with their function. Citizen may be a bit more accurate in some watches. I wasn't sure that I would like the watch bands. There are two. One black and one more of a navy blue. I don't normally use clasp type bands. After watching two YouTube videos I found that this type of watch band is very easy to adjust and comfortable. And you have two colors to choose from both are leather. Overall I am really happy with this automatic watch. I like it. It's one of my favorite watches to this point. Is it cheap? Not at all! It does have the quality I expect at this price point.

High quality and very affordable.
This watch is so nicely crafted and very accurate. I don’t know how they are able to put out such a fine product, for as little they’re charging for it. Sugess is the new Seiko.

came with no instructions whatsoever
I love the watch,excellent watch for the price.The watch came with no instructions at all .zero.So I tried AMAZON and go to ask RUFUS,everything what RUFUS said was totally wrong.I go to YOUTUBE get up the exact same watch and it shows exactally how to set up the functions.Impossible to do on AMAZON.RUFUS,you need to go back to school.

Great Watch
I don't normally write reviews, good or bad. This watch I felt compelled to praise. Fit and finish is outstanding. It very much has the look of a luxury Swiss watch. Apart from that, this watch is incredibly accurate. I've only had the watch for 9 days. When I first set the watch it was 1/2 second fast. Right now it's only 1-1/2 seconds fast, 9 days later! After the first day I started tracking the time against WWVB just to be sure. A net gain of 1 second in a week would put many quartz watches to shame, let alone a mechanical watch. So while I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, my 9 day old advice is if you're thinking about it, buy it.
