A nice replacement for the normal atta Pros: Most of the content is plant protein, so protein content is legit Taste is pretty decent A two chapati is making me full Chapati are really soft every after 6 to 8 hours Cons: Bit costly but very affordable comparing to plant protein per gram ratio Taste is bit bland you need to eat more curry Final verdict: for me it’s really good replacement for normal atta Word of advice
