i have used the keyboard for 1 year now i bought 3 for us at home, mine acted up and stopped working probably my fault from some shady usb wires or something ...I recently received a replacement keyboard, and I must say — I am thoroughly impressed. From the product quality to the customer service experience, everything exceeded my expectations.here is my 1 year reviewThe keyboard itself is outstanding — sleek, responsive, and clearly built with attention to detail. Typing feels smooth and effortless, and the build quality gives it a premium feel right out of the box. It’s one of the most comfortable and reliable keyboards I’ve used in a long time. And with multiple connection mode make life so easy for phone and pc and gaming on it never felt better actually better than my glorious keyboard which i stopped using since i bought this keyboard ... there is tons of youtube review you can check and see how good the keyboard is it speak for itself ...But what truly sets this experience apart is the company’s customer support. When I encountered an issue with my original keyboard, the team handled my concern quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They didn’t just resolve the issue — they made sure I felt supported and valued as a customer.Receiving a brand new replacement without hassle and without pointing fingers who is at fault speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. In today’s world, that kind of service is rare — and incredibly appreciated.Thank you to the entire team for standing by your product and delivering a truly exceptional customer experience. I’ll definitely continue recommending your brand to others.

great value. great sounding keyboard. easy to connect. great build. no complaints at all. this is a slight upgrade coming from an rk61 blue switch keyboard.customizable LED screen too! be sure to check yt tutorial to change it to a gif.

What a nice keyboard. It's default keys are good for windows. Fir mac there is a switch, and I needed to swap between WIN buttin and left alt. Go for it, it is a good quality one.

The keyboard itself is very good and everything is fine with it. But when I try to add a gift to the mini screen I had to go through many steps to finally get it working. But I'm loving the keyboard tho ❤️

This is a very good keyboard even if stock, the sound profile is very nice and the switches are amazing! The RGB, volume knob and the TFT screen adds a very nice touch to the overall value of the keyboard. 5 Stars!

Love it 😌

The switches just wanna make you cream

The keyboard sounds creamy and very smooth to use. Although i didnt know how to change the time on the tiny screen on the keyboard. But overall it was better than i expected. Also the keyboard is not small, its medium sized.

It sounds amazing!

Stunning keyboard. I ended up swapping the stock keycaps for a set of my choosing, but the switches have a beautiful creamy sound when typing. I love the addition of the little screen for running gifs. I use mine wired at a desk setup but have previously connected it with bluetooth for using with my laptop when needed with little to no input delay. Overall amazing value for money!

Love it 😁.. takes time to adjust coming from tactile Logitech g512 , but sounds amazing.. build quality, connectivity, etc are amazing..

There’s a driver you need to install off their site to change the small screen gif available on the a-jazz site, ton of files come up when you search ak820 its the one that says “AJAZZ_AK820 PRO tripe mode RGB mit screen_keyboard drive”. Make sure you virustotal it first, some people have grabbed dodgy drivers from weird sources and got malware. Kuru kuru is a good choice for the screen

I've been searching for the perfect "thocky" keyboard that wouldn't break the bank, and the EPOMAKER Ajazz AK820 Pro has completely blown me away. This keyboard delivers a premium, custom-built feel right out of the box for a fraction of the price. It's an easy 5/5 stars from me.Typing Feel & Sound:The first thing you'll notice is the typing experience. The gasket-mounted design gives it a wonderfully soft and bouncy feel that's incredibly satisfying for long typing sessions or gaming. It has that deep, creamy, and muted "thock" sound that so many enthusiasts are after, without any of the cheap metallic pinging you get from lesser keyboards. The switches and stabilizers come pre-lubed, and the sound is just fantastic from the moment you plug it in.The TFT Screen & Knob:Let's be honest, the little TFT screen is the star of the show. It's not just a gimmick! It’s bright, clear, and super useful for displaying the time, connection mode, and battery life. Plus, the ability to upload your own custom GIFs is just plain fun and adds a huge layer of personality. The rotary knob next to it is also excellent—it feels solid, has a satisfying click when pressed, and makes controlling volume and media a breeze.Build & Design:The 75% layout is the perfect sweet spot for me, saving desk space while keeping the essential arrow and function keys. The build quality is hefty and robust, with no flex at all. It feels like a much more expensive piece of hardware.Connectivity:The tri-mode connectivity (USB-C, Bluetooth, and 2.4GHz wireless) works flawlessly. I switch between my work laptop and gaming PC constantly, and the transition is seamless and quick every time. The wireless connection is stable with no noticeable latency. If you're looking for a high-quality mechanical keyboard that sounds amazing, feels incredible to type on, and has unique features that make it stand out, look no further. The Ajazz AK820 Pro is an absolute winner and offers unbeatable value. Highly recommended!
