I use this eye gel at least once a day, usually morning and evening. I find it very refreshing to use as an around the eye wash and doesn't sting.

I like it after using it two months it really sooth the eyelids and cleans them very well and It didn't irritated me at all totally recommend it for blepharitis/demodex/rosacea patience/MGD

Before my blepharitis diagnosis I was having symptoms like described.I massage my eye lid with a small amount on my irritated eye lid and rinsed with warm water. It felt soothing and cleaned crusty areas without having to rub. Now after my diagnosis I use it and wait 10 minutes till I put my meds in . Works great as my day and night regime.
