Smart Pen (2nd Generation)

This was one of the best thing I bought, it works wondefully, it docks well on the tab (magnetic attachment) and charges by itself, i really dont have to worry about charging it. Build quality is great and its super smooth, sometimes feels its better than other competitors, I never even had to install anything, it was plug and play. I have been sketching non stop and writing non stop with this, and not even once has it given me any trouble, am amazed at how much of a good quality they delivered. worth the money.

Overall pencil is good and has a good battery life if using for notes making, if you want for styling or artistic purposes then I'll say upto then mark , but charges quickly within 10-12 minutes fully and only takes 1-2% of your tablet

Very efficient but a bit costly.

If you are using a 3rd party flap case, the pen won't work when the flap is folded to the back of the tablet, the magnets in the flap somehow interfere with the magnets on side of the tablet and the tablet assumes that the pen is still attached to the tablet. So, you have to make sure that the flap cover is not close to the pen attachment area.

I bought this Xiaomi smart pen 2nd gen recently for my Xiaomi pad 6 This is my thoughts after one week of usage 1. No separate charging - when you keep your pen on top of pad 6 it charges automatically 2. Great Battery life - I use everyday for around 4-5 hours for note taking, even after one week of usage my battery percentage stays at 99, occasionally when I am watching videos i rest my pen on top of pad 6 but it still shows 100/99 3. Build quality - pen build quality is good, it’s feel good and grip is great and the tip is good there is very less latency when you write on pad you can see the drawing instantly Cons - 1. Two buttons on the pen sometimes when I writing I accidentally press them and also confuses with one button over other What I like is instead of button they should of provided tapping gesture like 1 tap to change color , 2 tap to change pen type 2. Price - I brought the pen for 5999 rupees I think around 3000 rupees would have been great

Stylus is of good quality and feels like a pencil on hand and comes with two nips. Had mistakenly put it under running water but works fine. Has a reasonable amount of battery with very fast charging. Had used it for a whole day without putting for charging. Next day battery was at 30% or less but went to 100% within 15 mins. My only gripe is that we cannot remap the buttons to use different functions or open a 3rd party app as the notepad via the buttons. Some less problematic things that you get used to: Palm rejection could be better on pad 6, you just have to get habit of putting pen down first. For writing to search you have to start from the text field only even if the whole search page is empty and it is expecting you to write. Once started, you can keep writing outside too.

Looking for Pen for your Mi Pad 5/6. This the only available best option if you intend to buy. I have tried some local brands but nothing matched the originals potential. You won't notice latency, easy to use, battery lasts longer than what I expected, comfortable. There is an extra pen tip if you lose one/ if it gets damaged. Only this is that I felt this somewhat expensive but prices dropped during festive season. Have been using this for more than a year and no complaints.

I am absolutely furious with the Xiaomi Gen 2 Pencil. This product is an embarrassment for a brand that markets itself as innovative. I expected a functional, reliable tool, but what I got was a complete waste of money and time. First of all, the connectivity is a nightmare. It barely pairs with my device, and even when it does, the connection is so unstable that it’s practically useless. Half the time, it doesn’t register my strokes, and when it does, there’s a noticeable lag that ruins any attempt at precision. The build quality feels cheap, and the tip seems fragile, as if it will break with minimal use. On top of that, the pencil stops responding randomly and doesn’t even charge properly. It’s a shame that Xiaomi couldn’t even ensure basic functionality for a product in this price range. To make matters worse, the customer support is just as disappointing. I reached out for help, and all I got were scripted responses that didn’t solve my problem. If Xiaomi can’t support their own products, why even bother selling them? This pencil is a glaring failure and a disgrace to the Xiaomi brand. I regret buying it and would never recommend it to anyone. Stay away from this useless product unless you enjoy frustration and wasting your hard-earned money!

Después de haberlo probado bien, puedo decir que sí, es caro para un lápiz, pero si eres estudiante o trabajas tomando notas o te dedicas al mundo artístico, merece la pena, se nota la calidad, la instantaneidad, la precisión en los trazos, es increíble la diferencia con el resto de lápices que he probado, lo uso con la Xiaomi Pad 5 para el que le interese.

القلم ممتاز من ناحية البطاريه تدوم طويلا ويشحن من الايباد نفسه ومن ناحية الاستجابة والكتابه ممتاز ويدعم راحه اليد بس لما ركبت حمايه زجاج للايباد اشعر بانه يثقل في اللمس ولكن القلم ممتاز

Sono passata da iPad a Xiaomi e devo dire che non noto differenze, un degno rivale, ottimi prodotti e la pencil in particolare non ha nulla da invidiare alla Apple pencil

Also... Eigentlich habe ich nie wirklich Lust und auch nicht die Zeit meine Eindrücke mitzuteilen. Aber der PEN ist das coolste, was ich mir seit langem gegönnt habe. Denn ich möchte das schreiben nicht verlernen (nicht nur auf Buchstaben tippen) aber die Sache mit dem Papier ist halt in der heutigen Zeit echt merkwürdig komisch geworden 🙃 Da ich mir hin und wieder mal gerne Notizen machen möchte und (vor allem wegen den Gedächtnislücken😅) wollte ich ihn mal ausprobieren. Und was soll ich sagen, die technischen Details sind ja ausführlich hier schon genannt, ich habe das Xiaomi Pad 6 und er funzt super. Ich musste allerdings erst einmal herausfinden wierum der Stift an das Tablet muss, um ihn gekoppelt zu kriegen. Also so wie auf dem Foto😉 das malen ist jetzt schon spannend und der Rest kommt noch nach... Ich hoffe auf die 10/10 die jemand bei den Bewertungen nannte ✌️ Denn es warten noch ein paar neue herausforderung und bzgl Nutzung. Ich finde er war das Geld wert. Achja, und er ist schön leise und weich. Aufjedenfall die Kompatibilität herausfinden. Die Beschreibung ist auf chinesisch, habe Google drauf gehalten und gut👌
